Order Acceptance and Processing
When an order is placed by you, an automatic email will be sent to you to confirm that we have received the details of your offer. This offer is only accepted when we send you an email verifying that your order has been dispatched and only at this stage the contract is agreed between us and the customer. In the case of orders with incomplete information or when there is suspicion of fraud, we reserve the right to delay or cancel orders. In such conditions, unless we can accurately verify these details, a full refund will be issued to the payment method used.
Pricing and Payment
Every effort is made to make sure the prices on the website accurately reflect the product. In the highly unlikely case of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or get in touch with you to figure out the best way to proceed. The prices listed on the site are in GBP. The total cost of purchase is the price of product being ordered, delivery and VAT where applicable. This information will be displayed clearly before checking out and placing an order. We accept payment from all major debit or credit cards through PAYPAL and PAYONEER, further it is only deducted once we process your order, but we reserve the right to reject any form of payment that we deduce to be unsecure.
Shipping and Customs
All orders received before 12 pm will be shipped the next day in the case that the parts are in stock. When parts are unavailable in stock, a slight delay may occur during the process of us receiving the part and processing it to be shipped to you. Finally in the case that we cannot procure the part or find a suitable alternative, we will promptly inform you and cancel the order and offer a full refund. We reserve the right to ship up to 3 days after purchase. We do not shoulder any liability for shipping delays caused due to matters outside our control such as industrial disputes. In such as case, we will endeavor to offer the customer an alternative delivery method or a full refund. Charges such as customs and duty for overseas customers are out of our hand due to different jurisdictions and we do not accept any liability for such matters.
Cancelling Orders
In the case of order cancellations, we require you to notify us by email or telephone before order has been dispatched. Sometimes due to high volumes, we may be unable to stop a cancelled order from being shipped. In such a case, the cancellation will be treated as a return and the appropriate procedure will be followed.
Returns and Returns Handling Charges

The validity of the warranty is for a duration of 6 months and items such as light bulbs are excluded. Furthermore, the coverage of the guarantee is only up to the cost of replacing the defective part and does not cover any further liability such as installation costs.
