Cancelling Orders


In the case of order cancellations, we require you to notify us by email or telephone before order has been dispatched. Sometimes due to high volumes, we may be unable to stop a cancelled order from being shipped. In such a case, the cancellation will be treated as a return and the appropriate procedure will be followed.

Returns and Returns Handling Charges


Returns are accepted up to the 14th day after the sale. When making a returns, please get in touch with the sales team to avail yourself of a return form. In the form, state the reason for return, such as product not required anymore or state any defect if any present. For a full refund, we require to be sent the part in its original packaging with any supporting contents such as warranties and instructions. If an item is returned in an incomplete state a 20% handling charge will be imposed, provided the item is in sellable condition. In the case of a return, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the product reaches safely to us and all associated returns handling charges are to be paid by the customer except in the case of a defective product.

Guarantee


The parts guarantee is only valid, if a part is used for its correct application, without any modification. The validity of the warranty is for a duration of 6 months and items such as light bulbs are excluded. Furthermore, the coverage of the guarantee is only up to the cost of replacing the defective part and does not cover any further liability such as installation costs.
